Abstract： In 44 patients with hyperthyroidism,23 hypothyroidism and 30 euthyroid control,there was insulin resistance in hyperthyroidism,positive correlation of HOMA-IR with FFA in euthyroid,and positive correlalion of HOMA-IR with FT3and FT4in hyper-and hypo-thyroidism.
