Abstract: The study of high fat diet plus STZ-modeled diabetic cardiomyopathy rat showed that the mRNA expressions of TNF-α and TNF-α converting engyme (TACE) in myocardium were higher in the model than in normal control (TNF-α, 0.44±0.08 vs 0.29±0.06,P<0.01; TACE, 0.51±0.09 vs 0.37±0.07,P<0.01).
