Abstract： The group of 116 patients with T2DM and PTCA-diagnosed CHD had the significantly increased levels of TG and LDL-C and decreased HDL-C vs the group of CHD without T2DM. And the group of dyslipidemia had more number, severe and diffuse vascular plagues than those of normal lipidemia.
