Abstract： Islet β-cell function decreased gradually from NGT（N=23）, IGT（n=41） to T2DM （n=30） ,which was evidenced by HOMA-β,ΔI30/ΔG30 and ratio of proinsulin over C-peptide （（PI/CP）.） And PI/CP may be a better index for assessment of β-cell function.
