Abstract： @@ 儿童青少年糖尿病的发病情况随着社会经济的发展已有了变化.目前,全球的儿童青少年糖尿病的发病率和患病率呈明显的增加趋势;特别是过去很少发生于儿童的2型糖尿病近年来国外的报道增多,说明随着肥胖儿童的增加2型糖尿病的发病亦显著增加.
