Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of allogenic sclera transplantation in the treatment of conjunctival sac stenosis. Methods Seventeen cases of conjunctival sac stenosis who cannot install orbitals after enucleation underwent the allogenic sclera transplantation. Results All cases were followed up for half to two years.Ten cases were able to install the finished orbital,2 cases with short horizontal diameter of conjunctival sac could install the custom prosthetic eye,5 cases combined with sunken eye installed the hydroxyapatite orbitals and appropriate artificial eyes at stage Ⅱ. Conclusions Allogenic sclera is a favourable biological material for conjunctival sac plasty with safety, convenience and easy to prepare and preserve.
