Abstract： Objective To evaluate the clinical effect,safety and simple about surgery of orbital benign tumor originated ethmoidal through ethmoidal under endoscope. Methods Sixty cases of orbital benign tumor originated ethmoidal received surgery through ethmoidal under endoscope,the clinical effect of treatment group was compared with the effect of control group (canthus combined nasal skin incision within tumor removal surgery,60 cases).The projecting degree of eyeball and the vision before and after operation and the time of operation were observed. Results The results of experimental group compared with the effect of control group were satisfied.None of the patients undergoing endoscopic surgery had significant complications.There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusions The surgery of orbital benign tumor originated ethmoidal through ethmoidal under endoscope is a safe,simple and valuable way.It solves the question of ophthalmology doctor about treatment of orbital benign tumor originated ethmoidal.
