Abstract： Objective To discuss the effect of the health education through the intervention model for patients with coronary heart disease intervention. Methods 88 patients with coronary heart disease patients before and after intervention were compared with various forms of coronary heart disease patients, in different ways, for different conditions, respectively, targeted health education, psychological counseling, use of group intervention for health interventions. Results After Health Education Quality of life before and after intervention and relapse rate situation analysis and comparison, by statistically Biaoming, there were significant differences(P＜ 0.05), obviously. Conclusion Through health education intervention can greatly reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease, relapse rate and mortality, The health education interventions in the prevention of coronary heart disease is the effect significantly in three far-reaching.
