Abstract： Objective To explore clinical curative effect of tachyarrhythmia on the therapeutic effect of Amiodaronum. Methods From January 2000 to October 2008,The 86 cases of Amiodaronum on tachyarrhythmia were retrospective analysis. The effective arrhythmie control rate and adveme reaction of pretherapy and posttreatment were observed. Results The effective arrhythmic control rate was 93.02% in 86 cases taehyarrhythmia. Conclusion Clinical analysis of 86 cases tachyarrhythmia on the therapeutic effect of Amiodaronum was safe and effective.
