Abstract： Objective To evaluate the arthroscopic treatment of discoid meniscus of the clinical efficacy. Methods In our hospital diagnosed as discoid meniscus of the inpatients were 52 cases, all OK arthroscopic surgery. Results 52 patients in this group were followed up for 3～ 18 months follow-up time. 52 cases of postoperative knee function scores were used lysholm follow-up of tables, of which 30 cases of excellent, good in 10 cases, 10 cases and poor in 2 cases, after the fine rate was 96. 2%. Conclusion Arthroscopic discoid meniscus surgery with less trauma and rapid postoperative recovery, etc, should be the clinical application and popularization.
