Abstract: Objective To study the pathogenic distrsbution and clinical characteristics of infectious endophthalmitis in our hospital for the clinical referenles on rational administration. Methods The clinical data and laboratory findings of 203 patients with infectioua endophthalmitis were retrospectively reviewed. Results 106 cases of isolated pathogens in 203 cases of specimens, with detection rate 52. 2%, Among 106 strins pathogens, 57. 5% were bacteria, 41.5% were gram-position bacteria, 16.0 % were gram-negative bacteria and 42. 5% were fungi. The main fungi were fusarium(23.6%) , followd by aspergillus(16. 0%). Conclusion The main pathogens was bacteria in infection endophthalmitis, but we must pay attention to the infection of fungi.
