Abstract: Objective To study the clinical significance and applied value of the conventional and ret rograde procedure for replantation of severed finger (toe). Methods 64 patients with severed fingers or toes were divided into 2 groups randomly:to apply conventional or retrograde procedure respectively. The number of replantation of blood vessel、 nerve and tendon was same. To record the replantation time and compare it was difference, and to investigate how to handle limb posture. Results ①The replantation time of retrograde group was significantly shorter than conventional group.②Compare with conventional group, how to handle limb posture is simple and convenient for retrograde group. Conclusion Compare with conventional procedure, retrograde procedure is superior and feasible for replantation of severed finger(toe).
