Abstract： Objective Explore the effect of persistent nasal CPAP on the neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Methods To evaluate the effect and the adverse effects of persistent nasal CPAP on the 56 neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.Results It took long time to use N-CPAP on NRDS grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ,while it took less time on grade Ⅲ.The NRDS grade Ⅳ should be cured by tracheal intubation and pulmonary surfactant.Conclusion Persistent N-CPAP on the neonatal respiratory distress sysndrome is the most effective method in basic hospitals and it is worth being used widely.
