Abstract： Objective To analyze the features and general patterns of adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred in our hospital.Methods By a retrospective study,56 ADR cases reports collected in the hospital in 2008 ～ 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients,age and sex,route of administration,category of the drugs,organs and systems involved,and clinical manifestation of the ADR.Results The ADR were more likely caused via intravenous dip(51 cases,91.07%) ;ADR was caused by cardiovascular drugs(24 cases,42.86%),secondly by antiinfection drugs and then drugs for infusing energy.Chinese pharmaceutical injecting liquids were the major of cardiovascular drugs which result in ADR( 15 cases,26.79%).The main presentation of the ADRwas damage of skin and its appendages such as erythra and pruritus etc.Besides,ADR causes the damage to digestive system and immanity system.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to standardizing the administration of using drugs,strengthening the consciousness of monitoring ADR and perfecting the regulation of analyzing related reports.
