Abstract: Objective Analysis of hepatitis C virus infection in maintenance hemodialysis patients prognosis.Methods In January 2001 January-2005 hemodialysis in our hospital 864 cases,divided according to whether the hepatitis C virus infection in 217 patients with hepatitis C virus infection,non-group of 647 cases of hepatitis C virus infection were observed liver function case,the survival rate were compared.Results The hepatitis C virus infection rate 25.11%;hepatitis C virus infection,non-hepatitis C virus infection in patients with liver function compared P > 0.01 significant difference;hepatitis C virus infection,hepatitis C virus infection in patients with non-survival 1-year survival rate comparison P > 0.05,no significant difference.Groups 2-4,5 year survival rate P > 0.01 significant difference.Conclusion The hepatitis C virus infection on hemodialysis patients with long-term survival rate has a significant impact,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and the life and health.Affect the prognosis of patients with maintenance hemodialysis the risk factors age,diabetes,cardiovascular complications,inadequate dialysis,malnutrition and other factors,should be included in the impact of hepatitis C virus infection in hemodialysis among factors.
