Abstract： Objective From the inspect of psycholical factor, to analysis the effect on children IBS.Methods Chose 50 patients and 30 healthy controls, gived EPQ respectively and asked for IBS history. Results There was high score in IBS group, and the eorrelation between psychological factor and IBS was 0. 758. Conclusion Psychological factors play an imporant role in the process of IBS in children.
