Abstract： Objective To analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions the central venous catheter drainage and intrapleural infusion of cisplatin, Lentinan treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods 68 patients with malignant pleural effusion in patients with central venous catheter drainage and intrapleural infusion of cisplatin, Lentinan treatment, analysis of clinical outcomes of the situation. Results 68 cases of malignant pleural effusions after central venous catheter drainage and intrapleural infusion of cisplatin, Lentinan treatment,clinical efficacy:complete absorption (CR) 24 cases 35. 3% , in part to absorb(PR) 30 cases 44. 1% , No absorb (NR) 14 cases 20. 6%. Conclusion The central vein catheter drainage ard intrapleural perfusion heaven and cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is better.
