Abstract： Objective To explore the combination of two methods of clinical value,effectiveness evaluation,as well as promote the use of the future.Methods Due to restrictions on the number of cases,this study selected 60 patients,the first group for the treatment of 30 cases,planetary-like ganglion block increases clothes gabapentin.The second group of 20 cases for the control group Wu stellate ganglion block with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkiller.Results The VAS score of the treatment group was less than that in control group and side effects were reduced.Conclusion Stellate ganglion block by Ng gabapentin treatment of head and facial postherpetic neuralgia is a relatively effective treatment method,it is worth popularization and application
