Abstract： Objective To investigate the trearment cost of essential hypertension in Oral Drug Administration.Methods One hundred fifty-eight aegras were randomly divided into six groups.numeration were A,B,C,D,E,F.Group A received Irbesartan Tablets produced by Sanofi Winthrop Industrie,France.Group B received Telmisartan Tablets produced by Boehringer Lngelheim.Group C received Benidipine Hydrochloride Tablets produced by Huaxia Pharmaceutical Group Company.Group D received losartan potassium tablets produced by E.I.Du pont de Nemours and Company Wilmington.Delaware,USA.Group E received Canddesartan Cilexetil Tablets produced by Disha Pharmaceutical Group Company.Group F received Valsartan Capsules produced by Beijing Novartis pharma Ltd.Analyze the six programs in cost of Pharmacoeconomics.Results In the study,there was less difference in the six groups,unless group B was little better.The ratio of treatment cost was 2.73,2.86,1.80,3.54,1.98,3.30 in the different six groups respectively .Cost sensitivity analysis is 2.45,2.57,1.69,3.19,1.78,2.97 in the different six groups respectively .Conclusion The program for group B is the best.
