Abstract: Objective To explore the variety of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and matrix metallopmteinase 9 (MMP9)in cardiopulmonary resuscitation rats.Methods Eighty rats were randomly divided into 2 groups:the sham-operated group and the resuscitation group,The rats were executed and taken samples at immediate,3 h,9h,24 h and 48 h.After that,the expression of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and matrix metalloproteinase 9 in brain tissue wag detected.Ultramicrostructure of brain tissue Wag observed with electron microscope.Results The expression of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and MMP9 in the sham-operated group didnt have significant change at immediate,3h,9 h,24 h and 48 h.There Wag no ultramicrostructure change in the sham-operated group.The expression of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and MMP9 in the resuscitation group obviously increased after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,there have statistics meaning compared with sham-operated group.The change of ultramicrostructure in the resuscitation group at 3 h,9 h,24 h and 48 h was obvious.Conclusion The expression of TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6 and MMP9 dynamic changed in the cerebral ischemia model with CPR rats,and got to peak at 24 h.Blood brain barrier injury was much more likely associated with elevated level of MMP9.
