Abstract： Objective To explore the curative effect and salty of the CHF treatment with rhBNP. Methods 42 CHF patients were randomly divided into NTG group (21 cases) and rhBNP group (21 cases), which were treated with NTG and with rhBNP respectively. We recorded the patients' the degree of dyspnea, the whole body's condition, EF of the left ventricle and Tei indexes before and after treatment. The safty evaluation was adopted during and after the administration of medicines for BP,beart rate,before and after the administra-tion for blood test, urine test and the function of liver and kidney, the side effects of which were recorded. Re-sults After the treatment( 30 mins), systolic pressure, heart rate and the improvement of dyspnea, the increace of oxygen saturation degree were clearly better than those of NTG group(P<0.01). The left ventricle index in rhBNP group increased greatly compared with that of NTG group(P<0.01). There existed no obvious difference in EF of both groups (P>0.05), and no statitistic difference in side effects of both groups. Conclusion rhBNP can remarkably alter CHF patients' dysonea and patients clinical conditions, clearly shorten Tei index, and en-hance the systolic and diastolic function of heart in early stage. It has a quicker effect than that of NTG, improves the patients' condition obviously and is as safe as NTG.
