Abstract： Objective To discuss the value and imaging findings with atlantoaxial subluxation in child.Methods Anatomy of articulatio atlantoepistrophia was reviewed and the causes and clinical manifestations were studied.The x-ray film of imaging representations of 48 cases with Atlantoaxial Subluxation in Child were retrospectively analysed.Results Imaging findings with front clearance odontoid process of cervical vertebra have different extent increase width or flank clearance difference value enhance or lateral atlanto-dental space asymmetry.Conclusions Survey imaging difference with front clearance odontoid process of cervical vertebra and flank clearance and lateral atlanto-dental space at flank view and open-mouth view of cervical vertebra.It is may improve the accurate diagnosis rate and hdpful to clinical treatment and and estimation of prognosis.
