Abstract： Objective To observe controlled analgesia to improve children rehabilitation after hypospadias operation.Methods 80 children received hypospadias operation was divided into two groups after operation.Controlled analgesia pump was applied in experiment group,routine analgesia dnlg was applied in conlrast group.The pain feeling evaluation,complication and physiological function were compared between two groups.ResultsComparing with contrast group,the pain feeling evaluation and fluctuation,complication of urethmcutaneous fistula and urethral stricture(27.5% vs 7.5%,17.5% vs 5%,P＜0.05),adverse analgesia reaction including incidence of hypersomnia,nausea and hypotension,was less in experimental group,and the recover process was better in experimental group.Conclusion Controlled analgesia is better to improve children rehabilitation after hypospadias operation than routine analgesia drug,and this may attribute to better and stable pain control.
