Abstract: In this paper,the contents of mineral element in hair samples for pregnancy-induced hypertension patients with 30 weeks gestation were measured by ICP-MS,ICP-OES and AFS method and controlled by healthy pregnancy persons with different age from 20 to 25.The correlation of mineral elements and pregnancyinduced hypertension preliminarily studied.It was shown that the contents of K and Na for pregnancy-induced hypertension patients were higher than healthy pregnancy persons.While the contents of Mn and Se are lower than healthy pregnancy persons.The highly relation between Ca-Se,Cu-K were also found.The paper provides guide for prevention and clinical treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.
