Abstract： Objective To observe the clinic efficacy of Bingyanqing Ⅰ Particles treating the respiratory infections because of influenza A, B virus. Methods Used ELISA Screening cases who are infected by" flu-A, B virus will meet the standard, select 108 cases, randomly assigned to three groups, A, B and C. Give Bingyanqing Ⅰ Particles to the patients of group A, Bingyanqing I Particles and Rirazole to group B, Rirazole to group C. Observe and compare the total efficiency. Results The total efficiency of group A and group B are better than group C, and the difference have statistical significance; although the total efficiency of group B is higher than group A,there has no statistical significance. Don' t find toxic side effects in clinical observation. Conclusion there have satisfactory results that Bingyanqing I Particles treat the infection of influenza A, B virus.
