Abstract： Objective To explore the value of β2-microglobulin in the diagnosis and application of ovarian tumor.Methods 24 patients with ovarian tumor were selected.The level of serum β2-microglobulin was detected.The accordance of β2-microglobulin quantity and pathology after operation was analyzed.Results Abnormal β2-microglobulin content rate of benign ovarian tumor was 12.5％.Abnormal β2-microglobulin content rate of borderline ovarian tumor was 11.1％.Abnormal β2-microglobulin content rate of malignant ovarian tumor was 71.4％.Abnormal β2-microglobulin content rate of malignant ovarian tumor had statistical difference with benign ovarian tumor and borderline ovarian tumor(x2 = 0.035,0.024 ,all P＜0.05).Conclusion Forecast value of β2-microglobulin content of malignant ovarian tumor was more sensitive than forecast value of β2-microglobulin content of benign ovarian tumor and borderline ovarian tumor.
