Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) treated with weekly dose doctaxale. Methods 50 elderly cases with histologically or cytologically diagnosed advanced NSCLC were treated in treatment group(n=28) ,using docetaxel(at a dose of 35mg/m2 infused on day 1 and 8,21 days as one cycle). Control group (n=22) , using best supportive care (BSC).
