Abstract： Objective To explore the clinical value of the"off-pump"coronary artery bypass grafting(OP-CAB)Methods 25 cases with coronary heart disease received off-pump beating heart coronary artery bypass grafting.Using the Medtronic Octopusil stabilizer,bypass 2～4.Results There was no operative mortality.no cases of transfer pump,2 to 3 days in ICU and discharged an average of 14 days after the operation.Postoperative follow-up six months to four years,Angina symptoms disappeared and activity increased in all patients.Conclusion Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is a safe,effective and economical technique,especially for multi-vessel disease.
