Abstract： Objective Observing the heeling of uterus after cesarean section operation through ultrasound B. Method Observing the size of uterus, uterine cavity, cut, particulars of side of the uterus of 260 cases after 6～8 days following the cesarean section operation with ultrasound B. Result After operation,the uterus of 206 cases heel well,and the ratio of uterus cavity hemorrhage, poor heeling of uterus cut, and parametrium hematoma is 65. 1% , 11.4% and 1. 5% respectively. Conclusion The ultrasound B inspection can make early diagnosis of complications after the cesarean section operation, such as hemorrhage, poor heeling of uterus cut and parametrium hematoma and provide basis for clinic.
