Discussion of the relationship between the rotavirus infection and primary intussusception in children

Abstract： 目的探讨轮状病毒感染在小儿肠套叠发病中的作用.方法采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)方法对72例原发性肠套叠患儿和78例健康对照儿童的粪便标本进行轮状病毒检测,所有粪便标本均由中国疾病预防控制中心肠道病毒研究所采用WHO标准ELISA试剂盒进行复核.结果研究组中轮状病毒PAGE检测均为阴性,对照组中发现1份轮状病毒阳性标本.复核结果与PAGE检测结果相同,两组间差异无显著意义(P＞0.05).结论轮状病毒感染与小儿原发性肠套叠之间不存在必然的因果联系.
