Abstract: 目的观察用降糙灵选择性破坏胰岛A细胞大鼠空肠胆碱能神经功能及形态改变,探讨胰岛A细胞与胆碱能神经之间的内在联系.方法将73只大鼠随机分为7组,对照组肌注生理盐水,实验组肌注1%降糖灵盐液5 ml/kg,分别于注药后1、2、3、4、5、6 d观察大鼠空肠平滑肌肌电变化,并同体取材观察空肠肌间神经丛中清亮小泡.结果注射降糖灵后1 d肠电快波频率及快波出现率开始减少,3~4 d减少最明显(P<0.01),5~6 d逐渐增多.上述改变与空肠肌间神经丛中清亮小泡数量减少呈显著正相关(r=0.90,P<0.01).结论胰岛A细胞与胆碱能神经功能之间存在内在联系.
