Abstract： 目的总结和分析大肠癌肝转移的早期诊断和外科治疗.方法对39例大肠癌肝转移病人通过CEA、彩超CT、MRI等检查,提出早期诊断措施,实施手术切除,并对手术适应证、手术方式及随访进行分析.结果全组无手术死亡.5年生存率9.32%.结论早期诊断及手术切除是治疗大肠癌肝转移的有效方法.
