Abstract: 目的研究冠状动脉病变、病变位置及介入治疗对QTd及QTcd的影响.方法入选168例已行冠脉造影术且心电图及临床资料完整的病例,按如下进行分组:(1)按病变狭窄程度分组:①无狭窄组,冠脉造影示病变狭窄<50%,为33例;②轻度狭窄组,冠脉造影示病变狭窄≥50%且<70%,为57例;③重度狭窄组,冠脉造影示病变狭窄≥70%,为78例.(2)根据病变分组:①前降支组,为49例;②回旋支组,为38例;③右冠脉组,为48例.(3)根据介入治疗前后分组:①术前组,为103例;②术后组,为103例.观察QTd及QTcd的变化.结果冠脉狭窄≥70%对QTd及QTcd影响明显,P<0.05,而冠脉狭窄<70%对QTd及QTcd无明显影响,P>0.05;冠脉病变所处位置对QTd及QTcd无明显影响,P>0.05;介入治疗前后QTd及QTcd变化明显,P<0.05,介入治疗术后与无狭窄组相比,QTd及QTcd无明显差异,P>0.05.结论冠脉病变所出位置对QTd及QTcd无影响,病变严重程度及介入治疗对QTd及QTcd影响明显.
