Abstract: 目的探讨早期血管重建与骨折愈合的关系,为临床治疗骨折愈合及骨不连提供理论依据.方法选用成龄Wistar大鼠,于右侧胫骨中段闭合性骨折,按观察时间分为四组(12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h).采用血管标记物一层粘蛋白,用免疫组化结合超微结构观察骨折区血管重建.结果骨折区随时间延长有大量血管增殖,以48 h明显,成骨也随血管增殖逐渐显著.结论骨折早期血管增殖对成骨活动具有重大影响.提示早期应用血管刺激因子可能加快骨折愈合.
