Abstract: 目的 考察合煎、分煎镇痛灵方提取液中乌头总生物碱、芍药苷及胡椒碱的变化.方法 采用紫外-可见分光光度(UV-Vis)法测定乌头总生物碱;采用Hypersil ODS2 C18柱,流动相分别以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15∶85),在230 nm波长处测定芍药苷;甲醇-水(75∶25),在328 nm波长处测定胡椒碱.结果 线性范围分别为乌头总生物碱3.28~29.80 μg/mL、芍药苷0.408~40.800 μg/mL、胡椒碱1.5~9.0 μg/mL,合煎液中乌头总生物碱和芍药苷的量明显高于分煎液,合煎液和分煎液中胡椒碱的量无明显差别.结论 镇痛灵方合煎与分煎对有效成分的溶出有影响.
