Abstract： 目的 考察亚临界水提取葛根总异黄酮的最佳提取工艺.方法 通过单因素试验和正交试验,以总异黄酮提取率为指标,优选出葛根总异黄酮的提取工艺参数.结果 当提取温度为120℃,提取时间为30 min,料液比为1∶25,压力为1.1 MPa时,葛根总异黄酮的提取率和质量分数分别为7.83％、24.9％.结论 与传统的提取方法相比,亚临界水提取技术是新发展起来的一种新犁提取技术,具有提取时间短、效率高、环境友好等优点.
