Abstract： Objective To study the chemical constituents of Trachelosperomum jasminoides. Methods Chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. Structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. Results Four compounds were isolated from T. jasminoides and identified as 4-dimethyl heptanedioic acid (1), scopoletin (2), nortrachelogenin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), and api-genin-7-O-neohesperidoside (4). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound and compound 2 is found in this plant for the first time.
