Abstract: 目的研究碱提山茱萸多糖的单糖组成及抗氧化活性.方法经热水抽提后的山茱萸残渣用碱提取、盐酸中和、浓缩、透析、乙醇沉淀、DEAE-纤维素柱色谱分离,再通过Sephadex G-200柱色谱进一步纯化,得到白色粉末状多糖PFCC Ⅰ.结果该多糖经过完全酸水解、薄层色谱、红外光谱分析,证明PFCCⅠ由木糖和葡萄糖以18.8:81.2摩尔比组成,平均相对分子质量为7.57×104.以羟基自由基(·OH)清除剂苯甲酸和甘露醇为对照,用Fenton反应检测PFCC Ⅰ对·OH的清除作用,三者对·OH的清除率达50%所需浓度为18,330,80μg/mL.PFCC Ⅰ可以有效抑制猪油和芝麻油的氧化,对O-2的清除率达50%所需浓度为35.0μg/mL.结论该多糖为首次提取制得,具有良好的抗油脂氧化及清除自由基能力.
