Abstract: 目的研究柳叶菜科植物柳兰Chamaenerion angustifolium(L.)Scop.全草的化学成分.方法采用Di-aion HP-20(Tsk),Toyopearl HW-40(C),MCI gel CHP-20P (Mitsubishi)柱色谱分离,经理化和波谱分析确定化学结构.结果从柳兰全草70%丙酮提取物中分得9个鞣质类及其他酚性化合物,分别鉴定为3-氧-没食子酰基-D-葡萄糖(3-O-galloyl-D-glucose, Ⅰ )、1,6-二-氧-没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃型葡萄糖( 1,6-di-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyra-nose,Ⅱ)、1-氧-没食子酰基-4,6-六羟基联苯甲酰基-β-D-吡喃型葡萄糖( 1-O-galloyl-4,6-HHDP-β-D-glucopyra-nose, Ⅲ )、水杨梅丁素(gemin D,Ⅳ)、英国栎鞣花酸(pedunculagin, Ⅴ )、特里马素(tellimagrandin Ⅰ , Ⅵ )、虾子花素(woodfordin Ⅰ , Ⅶ )、绿原酸 (3-O-caffeoyl-quinic acid, Ⅷ)、没食子酸(gallic acid, Ⅸ ) .结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得.
