Abstract： 从褐圆孔牛肝菌Gyropous castaneus中分离得到6 种化合物,分别鉴定为β-麦角甾醇(β-ergosterol,Ⅰ),5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-双烯-3β-醇(5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol,Ⅱ),麦角甾-6,22-双烯-3β,5β,8β-三醇(ergosta-6,22-dien-3β,5β,8β-triol,Ⅲ),烟酸(nicotic acid,Ⅳ),反-肉桂酸(trans-cinnamic acid,Ⅴ),亚油酸(linoleic acid,Ⅵ).以上物质均是首次从褐圆孔牛肝菌中获得,其中化合物Ⅲ的构型未见有其它文献报道.
