Abstract： 通过地高辛标记的Flammutoxin基因特异性探针与金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)菌丝体、菌柄和菌盖中的mRNA进行杂交,结果表明在金针菇的菌柄中有该蛋白质的表达,而在菌丝体和菌盖中均无该蛋白质的表达.此外在检测的平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)、香菇(Lentinus edodes)、杏鲍菇(P.eryngii)和双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)中也无该蛋白质基因的表达.
