Abstract：新型有机阳离子转运体-2(OCTN2)是有机阳离子转运体家族成员,可转运肉毒碱及多种有机阳离子类药物,具有重要的生理学和药理学研究价值.大量研究表明,多种因素可通过不同的机制对转运体表达及功能产生一定的作用,从而可能对机体内环境的稳定和药物的处置产生影响.本文综述了OCTN2调控研究的最新进展.
