Abstract：在各种不同的肿瘤中估计有多达数百个基因失调,但大多数肿瘤治疗是针对单癌基因.近来,肿瘤治疗模式发生了变化,已开始思考从单靶点治疗向多靶点治疗转变.有相当多的证据表明,多靶点治疗比单靶点治疗有较高的成功可能性,多靶点治疗将是今后最有吸引力的肿瘤治疗策略.本文综述了小干扰RNA在多靶点肿瘤治疗中的作用.
