Abstract： Ras信号转导途径与肿瘤发生和生长密切相关,针对此信号通路重要靶点的药物设计是当前抗肿瘤药物研究的热点.本文综述了Ras蛋白及与其上下游信号转导途径相关的靶点及其抑制剂的研究现状,为新型抗肿瘤药物的研究设计提供参考依据.
