Abstract: 目的探索明胶离子化修饰纳米凝胶的制备、形态和超声触发释药特性.方法利用氟离子共沉淀法制备了载有阿霉素的明胶离子化修饰纳米凝胶.高效液相色谱法测定阿霉素的含量和包封率,电子显微镜测定明胶离子化修饰物的粒子大小和形态.用激光粒度仪测定其超声前后的粒径大小和分布.结果制得的明胶氟离子修饰纳米凝胶平均粒径为(46±12)nm.阿霉素的载药量和包封率分别为0.091 g·L-1和87.2%.在37℃体外试验时,48.5%的药物在50 h内释放.在20 kHz,0.4 W·cm-2功率密度超声波作用下,该体系在7~8 min时间内释放出51.5%的药物,远高于对照组的10%.粒径从(46±12)nm变化到(1 212±35)nm,而停止超声波3~4 min后体系恢复原状.结论该体系具有灵敏的可逆超声触发释药特性.
