Abstract: @@ 钾离子通道是最大最复杂的离子通道家族,十多年来,由于分子克隆技术的飞速发展和广泛应用,发现了许多新的钾离子通道亚型.迄今为止,在人类基因组中共克隆出了70余种钾离子通道亚型,其中,双孔钾离子通道(tandem-pore-domain potassiumchannels,K2p)是近年来新发现的一个钾离子通道亚家族,并以其独特的2P结构域命名.根据通道分子结构和调节方式的不同,K2P可以分为6类[1~6]:①TWIK(tandem-pore-domain weakly inward reetifyng potassium channel),包括TWIK-1和TWIK-2(KCNK7 不表达);②THIK(tandem-pore-domain halothaneinhibited potassium channel),包括THIK-1和THIK-2;③TASK(TWIK-related acid-sensitive potassium channel)包括TASK-1,TASK-2,TASK-3和TASK-5;④TALK(tandem-pore-domain alkaline-activated potassium channel),包括TALK-1和TALK-2;⑤TREK (TWIK-related arachidonie acid-sensitive and mechanogated potassium channel),包括TREK-1,TREK-2和TRAAK;⑥TRESK(TWIK-related spinal cord potassiumchannel),包括TRESK-1,TRESK-2和TRESK-3.
