Abstract： @@ 1前言基于荧光技术的检测分析方法是近年来被应用于药物高通量筛选(high-throughput screening,HTS)的重要方法之一,荧光检测方法具有灵敏度高、方法简便的优点,目前应用于HTS的荧光技术包括均相时间分辨荧光分析法(homogeneous time resolved fluorescence,HTRF),荧光共振能量传递分析法(fluorescence resonance energy transfer,FRET),荧光关联光谱法(fluorescence correlation spectroscopy,FCS),极化荧光分析法(fluorescence polarization,FP).
