Abstract: 目的:研究氟西汀对右美沙芬(DM)代谢的影响.方法:19名健康受试者在连续服用10 d氟西汀前后,分别服用20 mg DM,测定两次尿中DM及其代谢物右啡烷(DX)浓度,计算代谢比值(MR)和尿排百分率. 结果:19名受试者服用氟西汀后MR值明显提高,其中8名极快代谢受试者(VEM) MR值由0.005±0.004提高为0.026±0.012,11名中速代谢受试者(IM) MR值由0.05±0.04提高为0.13±0.06.受试者服用氟西汀前后尿排百分率以DM计分别为1.0%±0.9%和1.2%±0.9%,以DX计分别为40%±16%和20%±14%. 结论:氟西汀对CYP2D6探针药物DM代谢有明显的抑制作用.
