Abstract: 目的:探讨黄芩苷抗炎作用机理.方法:以大鼠腹腔白细胞为实验材料,分别采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),放射免疫分析法(RIA)和荧光分光光度法测定白细胞内白三烯(LTs)、环一磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和细胞内游离钙水平.结果:黄芩苷可显著抑制白细胞内白三烯B4、白三烯C4的生物合成,其IC50值分别为0.48和3.15 μmol·L-1; 黄芩苷还可显著抑制fMLP激发的白细胞内Ca2+升高,并促进细胞内cAMP水平提高.结论:黄芩苷显著影响白细胞的多种功能,提示此功能与其抗炎作用机理有关.
