Abstract: Objective To investigate the differences between clinical teachers self-evaluation and students' evaluation.Method Using self-made questionnaire to survey 71 teachers and 73 nursing students of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University.The questionnaire content includes teaching attitudes,knowledge and skills,teaching skills.Results There is statistical significance of teachers' self-evaluation and students' evaluation in teaching skills.There was no significant difference on the teaching attitude,knowledge and skills (P> 0.05 ).Conclusions We should improve clinical teachers' access standards,pay attention to the selection and training of clinical teacher,especially to raise the clinical teaching skills and teaching methods to improve students' ability of discovering problems,analyzing and solving problems.
